• A formal therapeutic relationship is only established after a clinical intake assessment has been completed, and both parties have signed an official "Information, Authorization, and Consent to Treatment" clinical agreement.

• Information provided on this Site should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

 

3. Jurisdictional Limits of Practice

ATL Shrink, Inc. provides clinical services strictly in accordance with state licensing regulations. Claire Horner, LPC, is licensed to practice psychotherapy in the State of Georgia and the State of California.

• Accessing this Site from locations outside of Georgia or California does not constitute an offer of clinical services in those external jurisdictions.

• We cannot legally provide therapy or clinical counseling to individuals physically located in states or countries where we do not hold an active, valid professional license.
