Maybe you’re feeling like surviving isn’t good enough anymore?
You could also be feeling so much better, gaining momentum with this “self-care” stuff, but want support through the next stages.
Mainly… You want to enjoy life!
In a small group setting of no more than 6 women, we will meet every other week for 1.5 hours. I’m glad to collaborate with your present individual therapist or be that person for you. All members are required to be in individual therapy – to give you that added safe structure*.

*If you feel you have done significant therapeutic work around your trauma(s), we can certainly discuss if this group would be a suitable “next step” for you even if you do not have an individual therapist.
**If talking on the phone is too difficult I'm glad to find a time for you to come in for the consultation (at no charge, 20 minutes).
