Organize It
Piles, clutter, lack of function?
We all have it.

Let’s shrink it! Together
When my virtual therapy clients hit a block, sometimes we tackle a space in their home, car, or office so they can SEE the transformation. Experience it.
There is a strong parallel between how we work through visual (IRL) projects and how we assist the mind, emotions, and body to process life experiences. We can SEE the change. Patterns, beliefs, reactions, anger, grief, shame, triggers, EVEN relief and celebration find their way into this process.
We listen to the somatic or body reactions, the thoughts that scream "STOP," the beliefs that arise, the panic, the shame, and the "I don't wanna”s. We move slow(ish) to care for the block.
Listen, learn, validate, until it pops open!
That's really what we do in therapy anyway, right?!
Organizing “with a therapeutic lens” both transforms the space we live in while building internal muscles we need to transform from the INSIDE! For those who can't, don't want to, or don't feel ready to talk about the vulnerable experiences, this approach invites that "corrective experience" even without talking about it.
Clear space, inside and out
In my eyes, traditional therapy often asks you to trust me before it is actually recommended. You don't know me and shouldn't trust me. We can begin to build trust over this first project. If you decide you want to go beyond that, decide that later.

But, honestly, I don't need to sell you - you’ll know with this first project whether we’re a good match.
What life experiences
make you a natural
organizing guide?
What is the actual process?
Your first project will likely be 3 sessions. We can make that decision together once we meet to discuss your specific goals. Each session is 1.5 hours or 90 minutes which is just shy of 2 traditional therapy sessions.
You will have "homework" to do between sessions. We will develop your "Protocol" for how YOU best organize, declutter, or personalize your space or daily systems. Not my way, your way.
There will be very short surveys to track the project and the parallel emotional process. If you decide to do a second project, we will take a month break (or mutually decided time frame) in between so you can naturally see how our work affects your day to day.
"Therapy by project" is not something I've seen, but I believe it provides flexibility and pacing to effective change. I could offer organizing services through coaching, but I want you to have the benefit of therapy woven in. And, once we started in a Coaching relationship you can't go move back into therapy.
The next step is going through the details of paperwork, then we'll have a full on working session to make sure this is a good investment of your time, energy, and finances. Welcome to therapy!
